Wu Yi Tea Diet Plan 1

Ok so in this post I’m going to provide you with a Wu Yi Tea Diet Plan!
This is what you are going to need:
1. Authentic Wu Yi Tea
2. A home gym, gym membership OR just some running shoes!
3. Food
1. The Wu Yi Tea
The Wu Yi tea HAS to be authentic otherwise you end up like all the other people who think the whole thing is a scam (which it is not), simply because you didn’t get authentic wu yi. So make sure you get authentic Wu Yi tea from here.
When drinking Wu Yi tea, drink AT LEAST 1 cup a day. The preferred method to use would be to drink 3 cups a day so that the polyphenols stimulate your fat burning mechanisms throughout the entire day. Drink 1 cup in the morning, 1 during the middle of the day and 1 cup before you go to bed. Luckily Wu Yi tea has little to no caffeine so you can drink it safely before bed.
2. The Gym
Ok this is important. Without a bit of exercise, Wu Yi tea is going to have some trouble getting your metabolism to rise. As you know, it’s your metabolism that helps you burn fat. So to increase your metabolism you’ll need to exercise and eat right. The eating part is coming at number 3. For now I would like to discuss the exercising part.
What exercises you should do:
If you are really overweight and you have trouble running, then try to go to a gym and climb on a stairmaster or a stationary bike. You shouldn’t overwork yourself on the first week. Your body needs adjusting. So for the first week you’ll take it gently. 20 minutes exercise and you are done and on light to moderate speed.
The week after that, you’ll need to amp things up. You’ll need to do go faster. This means you’ll need to increase the intensity of your exercise. The time length will still be 20 minutes ,but the 20 minutes will be more intense.
The third week you MUST do interval exercises. This means doing a variation of intensities throughout your exercise. Start with a slow speed, then speed up to a moderate speed, then go high speed then slow down again. Then after you slowed down, mix it up. Go straight into high speed and then slow speed again. You have no idea what this will do for your weight loss. This combined with Wu Yi tea consumption will help you shed pounds like you would not believe.
When should you exercise?
Three times a week is best. It’s 20 minutes out of your day. It’s nothing. You’ll feel great and you’ll start to become addicted to training! Just do it!
–By the way, if you cannot get to a gym, then simply go for a light jog. But remember, the third week you need to interval your intensities! Meaning you should, walk, jog then run and then mix it up!
3. The Food
Ok, this is a big subject so I cannot go into serious detail here, but what I will provide you is a simple solution that will help you lose weight FAST.
Instead of eating LESS, you should eat MORE. You’ll understand in a second.
Now I know you are freaking out here, but take it from someone who have seen this work over and over again for even the most obese people out there.
People who tend to crash diet don’t understand how dangerous it is for them to eat less. Their bodies are CRAVING food and by the time they eat again, their bodies simply take all the goodness of the food and convert it into fat for energy, because it’s afraid that it won’t get fed again for some time.
You need to eat on a more frequent basis, but SMALL PORTIONS.
Small portions meaning that every meal should be able to fit into the cup of your hands.
For weight loss, you’ll need to eat 4 - 6 times a day spaced 3-4 hours apart.
Now PLEASE use common sense. When you look at your food, you’ll know what is unhealthy and what is healthy. YOU KNOW WHAT IS AND WHAT IS NOT. Chicken fried in oil is obviously unhealthy compared to Chicken cooked in water! So use your common sense when it comes to what you eat.
Try to get in some vegatables. Not on every meal. But at least once a day.
Low fat dairy is also very important. There is a big difference between full cream dairy and low fat dairy.
Make sure you ONLY get in LOW FAT dairy. Low fat yogurt is excellent for weight loss as well as lining your stomach and colon with healthy particles.
High Fibre food are the MOST important part of your diet. The more high fiber food you eat the faster your weight loss will go.
High fiber foods include:
- Oatmeal
- Bran flakes
- Wholewheat Bread
- Wholewheat spaghetti
- Brown Rice
- Lentils
- Beans
- Peas
- Brussels Sprouts
- BAKED patato
- Apple
- Pear
- Dried peaches
- Almonds
etc…
Simple Eating Plan
This is just a sample eating plan, every meal should not be MORE than the cup of your hands combined.
(7 AM)
Have a bowl of Bran Flakes with Low Fat Milk and a Green Apple.
1 Full Glass of Water
(10-11AM)
1 Slice of WholeWheat bread with Diced chicken, lettuce, slice of tomato and ONE teaspoon of LOW FAT mayonaise. Wedge it into a sandwich.
1 Cup of Wu Yi Tea.
(2-3 PM)
Cooked Whole Wheat spaghetti on a plate with a bit of vegetables. Not a loaded plate though.
1 Full Glass of water.
(5 pm)
One handful of Almond nuts. One cup of Wu Yi Tea.
(8 Pm)
Night time meal. Consisting of anything healthy. Try to stay away from food that has been cooked in oil.
Also, stay away from eating too many patatos. It’s very important that the plate of food isn’t too much.
(11 PM - bedtime)
1 Cup of Wu Yi tea with 1 slice of Taosted Whole Wheat bread (nothing on the bread)
As you can see the diet is spaced out with meals being a 3-4 hours apart.
This will turn your body in a fat burning furnace.

Can’t believe we have to eat this much. I am trying to have a 1200 calorie diet … not feeling hungry with it so is this wrong? I would like to lose 40 pounds. Thanks for your post.

is it okay if i eat like that because i am in highschool and there is no way i can eat every 3-4 hours … thanks agian , Kayla

Well, i’m not sure what your current weight is and your weight loss goal depends entirely on your own body’s metabolism.
About your eating schedule…. it looks fine to me. You’ll just need to add a snack somewhere in there where you have a huge time gap. I’m talking about a small snack. Even yogurt will do.
