Is Wu Yi Tea the same as Green Tea?

The short answer is NO. But you need some clarification right?
Ok so I’m going to explain the difference between Wu Yi tea and Green Tea.

First off all, when we are looking at the goal of “weight loss“, Wu Yi tea is obviously the winner.
With it’s overdeliverance of polyphenols and antioxidants, Wu Yi tea clearly stands out from Green tea in that aspect.

It’s all about the polyphenols. Green tea has it, and while giving it the thumbs up for weight loss, Wu Yi tea wins it in that category because it has the HIGHEST concentrated form of polyphenols available.

A unique study was carried out on Japanese women to see the reaction of drinking green tea vs. Wu Yi tea for effect on weight loss. The study was published in the journal of medical investigation on August 2003 titled, “Wu Yi increases energy metabolism in Japanese females.” This study followed up on an earlier study which involved 120 Japanese females who drank Wu Yi tea for 45 days and experienced a reduction in weight versus drinking normal green tea and then others who’s just drinking water.

Wu Yi tea CLEARLY became the winner. Not only did they find that Wu Yi tea produces a better result for Weight Loss, has more than half the caffeine of Green Tea and also more than half EGCG, the cancer killer component.

The winner?

WU YI TEA by all means.
